I have gummies and tinctures. The gummies always have a strange aftertaste. Ive had some that i spit out they were so nasty. Now the tincture i have is super strong. So i add the required drops to a can of mt dew. U can still taste it, just waaaaaaaaayyyy more bearable.

I think it may have been about $40 US and it lasted a few months, but I didn’t take it every day. Either way, it’s a bit pricey for long-term use.

Perhaps trying a cheaper source of ashwagandha to see if it helps. I really enjoy her elixirs, but I feel like there’s a spiritual tinge to them that goes beyond the necessary/practical use of it, which your husband might not be interested in. (But I love it. :laughing:) Maybe somewhere like iHerb? Sorry, I don’t know many US-based sources of things.

Were you looking for a source for Ashwagandha in the US, @Sivonnah ?

I get mine from my favorite herb and tea supplier. It’s not in exl8er form though, just powdered…

I found their Etsy page first but dug around and realized they sell cheaper directly from their website. I’ve been happy with everything I’ve gotten from them.

People say they are expensive, but the quality is unmatched. I just used the capsule form of dried herb from amazon.
