@Moonbeam You said yours are more connected to the spiritual world, I consider my dream to be spiritual, and being that I saw nature I saw: trees, stars, and was high up in the sky 🌌 I use to have a dream I was I was jumping off the roofs it was really vivid but I don’t think I was out of body. Thank you for Sharing your wisdom! I have had many different out of body, which is exactly like having a NDE I heard. Ow yeah this was me

> Valerian root relaxing 😎
> Damanian tea helps me my favorite plant 🪴
> Mugwort psychic abilities
> Any hoo I have gone through the walls too and that was different than the other one where I saw my body.
> There all different kinds of travels and I believe some dreams are in astral worlds because I’ve seen some pretty different beings eyes that are green. . I did not record and that’s bad because I recorded for a long time and I love to go back on them!

Hi all, I use this guy to help with astral travel, I have books etc but wow I have not yet had the outer body experience as I am learning but I have had the buzz feeling and body shaking and my third eye open that was pretty amazing 😍

He has beginner tracks to get you started and I am so impressed 😁
