One of my favorites to do when having a panic attack! Your brain can’t think of panic and can’t think of other stuff at the same time – so this is a good practice to use to “re-ground” yourself in the present moment. :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

Yes! Panic attacks are the absolute worst! This has helped me many times!
