Perfect timing for me! I had just done a spell yesterday, with a couple of… blips then went into an overthinking spiral for about 12 hours afterward. Thank you so much for posting this!

Such a great job!!! I love your videos and I completely agree with everything you said. I def go through a list of everything I’m grateful for before casting so my mood and spirits is lifted bc the energy completely has taking out some of my workings in the past bc going into it my mindset was off as well as energy. I feel my spells with so much better and turn out good doing this
