Man! I needed this last week! Writing this down as it seems to be our M.O. this year. Guess I ought to add the ingredients to an order soon too since I have none of these things! Do you just toss in equal parts of each? @Mistress_Of_Herbs

@AileyGrey no i go by how they feel at the time. No one tea of mine is the exact same each time, even if for the same person. Also the blend might even have other herbs added which also depends on how they feel.

Equal parts is a good start tho. Feel each herb as u place it into your container. It will tell u.

I need to keep this recipe on hand! I am one of those people whose head colds almost always end up going to my chest and linger there.
