@SilverBear made a great video about Catnip just recently:

> [@Catnip - And a Recipe for Protection Oil](https://forum.spells8.com/t/catnip-and-a-recipe-for-protection-oil/8626):

We also had a topic about it a while back:

> [@Catnip herbs uses?](https://forum.spells8.com/t/catnip-herbs-uses/6621/10):

> ### Uses for Catnip

> [Llewellyn’s Complete Book of Correspondences](https://amzn.to/3g6BQyX) lists catnip as related to these qualities:
>
> - Fertility
> - Courage
> - Harmony
> - Anger (to soothe, diffuse or control anger)
>
> **Element** : Water
> **Zodiac** : Pisces, Cancer
> **Energy** : Yin (femenine)

> Based on that, you may use cantip in a [dream pillow](https://forum.spells8.com/t/dream-pillows-have-you-ever-made-one/1189) for protection during sleep, or dream work. Also for relaxing, soothing anxiety, and helping sleep. 💤

I’m working on making a lesson in the [**Green Witch Course**](https://spells8.com/courses/green-witchcraft-course/) about Catnip!
