Crowley seemed pretty awake to be saying all that BEFORE coffee :). Although… O coffee! By the mighty name of power do I invoke thee… has a nice ring to it and made me smile! I may try to remember that for the morning! I’ll put a sticky not on the coffee pot!
I usually say something along the lines of how I am grateful for all the elements that grew the coffee and the hands that got it to me - I naturally stir counter clockwise (I’ve been trying for two years now to change that.. it hasn’t worked) so I changed my thinking to banishing any negative energy from my day with my counterclockwise stir… but tomorrow… O coffee! it is!
Right!? Gosh I can barely function before my first cuppa. Maybe there’s a simplified version before the first cup, and something more detailed like this can wait for the second or third
