I need advice. I have a Spiritual Coach that I have been working with for about a year and I have been introduced and have grown Physically, as a Medium, an energy crafter and as a Shaman. The coach has other students and besides our weekly 2-3 hour private meeting we have an 1-1/2 hour class that five students attend. I’m frustrated because my coach and fellow students are not as serious as I am continually missing class as well as the coach having to cancel private meetings because of other emergencies. I understand we all have emergencies. My questions:
Is this just my ‘ego’ acting up making me frustrated?
If not how to I move forward?

This has been a difficult lesson for you. We cannot control the actions or feelings of others. You want to continue your studies and are feeling held back. This is basic excitement with what you are learning. Everybody goes through it.
Your frustration may be a sign for you to find another coach; but more likely, it could be a reminder to slow down a bit so you don’t miss something important. Be gentle with yourself and others.
You have been working hard and diligently. Good Job.
Take a breath. Relax. It will still be there when you get back; but if you continue to push, you may hurt yourself or someone else.
One of your current lessons may be patience. Another may be aligning yourself with the energies of another or a group. These lessons are an important part of mediumship, energy work, spirituality, and Shamanism. They do not exist in a book, but come with experience and maturity. Do not be in a rush to skip over them or you won’t be able to do the work you are rushing toward.

I agree with what @georgia has said.
This is not your ego. These are lessons you are needing to learn. Be patient, trust in the process and on days you are not able to have your lessons, work on what you have already learned.

Mybe I’m beating a dead horse -
I did talk with my adviser and she agreed she cancels a lot and would “… rearrange some energy…”. She canceled two weeks later. I voiced my frustration again and this time I told her I would contact her if I wanted to continue. So I pulled cards for guidance in this situation. I use a 5-card relationship spread:
January 3, 2025 spread. I have a habit to pull an oracle card when I read - Cut Ties. Hmmm.
Oddly enough she told me to stop doing spell work to get back with my ex and I heard from him over the Christmas holiday. Conversation that my blossom into something more. Not sure.
Today (January 10, 2025) I pulled cards again asking (“… should I continue to work with my spiritual coach…”) This is what I pulled.
In general what I read from both pulls is that she does care about me as a student, she can show me a lot but she will frustrate the crap out of me in the process. Thoughts?

My personal opinion (cards or no), if she doesn’t respect your time and you don’t quite trust her motives, I would not continue the relationship. Especially if you are paying her anything…
Go with your gut, It appears that you are pulling cards because you’re not comfortable and have your doubts, if so then you already suspect this isn’t the path for you. I think the cards back this up as well.
But remember these are just my thoughts from an outside perspective who doesn’t have all the facts. Your choices are yours to make

I’m going to echo what @Artemisia has already said → “if she doesn’t respect your time and you don’t quite trust her motives, I would not continue the relationship. Especially if you are paying her anything…”
You already have doubts about the relationship you have with your spiritual coach. Those doubts can further lead to mistrust and bitterness. If you want the relationship to continue, you’ll need to evaluate why you feel like it needs to and overcome the doubts you currently have.
