😖Feeling ungrounded after spell work? Or a ritual? 🤗Try this simple and quick elemental grounding practice. Grab a glass of water 💧 Go outside and stand on the earth 🌍 Take 3 deep cleansing breaths 🧘‍♀️ Then, Take a drink of your water Close your eyes and feel the cool water trickling down your throat. Oh thank you so much! I know that I need to get back to meditation & have been trying grounding techniques to see which ones resonate with me & work well. I’m going to try this one tomorrow when I get home from my hair appointment! 🤗 ---
