If you do use Fimo, put the Mica powder on the Fimo before you bake. Bake at 110°c for approximately 30-45 minutes, in the bottom rack of the oven. Leave to cool completely. No need to varnish or glaze.

I found this beautiful piece of music. I use it for runic meditation and chant the runes at the same rhythm that they chant the words as they sing. If you are interested in the actual words, I’ve added them below.

The song sings of battles, these battles can take many forms. I’ve found this music works well with the runes:
but you can feel which runes, or maybe all.
The battle can be a physical battle (illness for example), a spiritual one, a real one (if you live in a warzone) or an internal one. Pick the rune that fits your battle.

Breath
There’s alot of emphasis in Nordic Witchcraft on breath and licking/spit. You see it in the music videos, in TV shows etc. Why is this?
Breath is your life force and the life force given to you by the gods. Your spit is you. It identifies you. (When you do a DNA test, most companies ask you to spit in a tube and swab your inner cheek, blood is also used but I’ve yet to be asked for a blood sample for an Ancestor DNA test😁). This is why the first offering I give, each morning is to lick my palms, put them on my throat and breath out. I’m giving my life to the gods.
You can use your breath when working with the runes too. Here’s is one method.
Before you draw a rune from your bag
Lick both palms.
Cup your hands, holding your rune bag in both hands, gently shake it.
Now pour a big breath over the bag.
Close your eyes, ask your question.
Pull a rune.
That’s it.

My blood veins in my right hand vary. Sometimes I see

So I used the above as a runic meditation. Headphones in, meant to close eyes but I’m still learning the words 
, then chant.
I slept really well despite vivid dreams. I think, once I’ve memorised it completely, this may well become my go to meditation. On YouTube music they have the track.
