Fire appreciation poem

I was so touched by the outpouring love and support for my little devotional to Earth, that I thought I might make this a little series! This time it was Fire that captured my heart :fire:

Fire, burning bright
Warm and nurturing, scorching hot
You fuel my passion and keep me warm
Burn away what no longer serves me
Wild, uncontrolled, untamed
You can be contained, but no one tells you how to burn
You are not of this world, yet still you are
My hand passes through you, but not without your kiss
My heart wants to surrender to you though I better keep it in check
As the flame that burns twice as bright goes out twice as quick

So beautiful, @CelestiaMoon! You really portrayed the qualities of fire- the ups, downs, and everything in between in this lovely wild element! Keep burning brightly :fire::grin: Very nicely done, thank you so much for sharing!

It’s always great to have the love & support of family & friends when you’re working on something creatively. You are doing a beautiful job, we have a lot of talented people in our little (maybe not so little ) coven
