I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who makes this Forum and Spells8 so great and meaningful. I was organizing my BOS today and feeling so grateful for all I learn here. I have changed in so many positive ways as a result of my practice, in ways I didn’t expect. I feel more centered, connected, calm, confident, creative and empowered. I think am also more optimistic and my memory may have even improved a bit. I am really enjoying hearing your stories and about your practices. Even when I don’t do all the challenges, I always read them and I’m so inspired by what people do. Anyway…I just am feeling so grateful today and wanted to let you all know ❤
