Please guys/gals have patience before you act, assume, or get upset. Meditate. Take deep, cleansing breaths. Tap your thymus, which is right below your collar bone…That’s what I do. It’s grounding.

Thank you @Christina4! My deities have been working with me to build my patience. When I feel myself getting agitated, I take several slow, deep breaths before responding now. It is amazing how simply focusing on your breath for a few minutes can calm you.
