You have probably answered this before, but I have forgotten. Are you empathic?
I ask because I get these feelings once in a while. They are often not mine, not for me to worry about yet, but a hint of what may be in the area. Night life will pick up more of the subconscious vibe because the daily life of basic survival quiets in search of rest.
This may be the first inclination of a wave of negativity. If you get any hints of preparation, follow them for an easier time through the difficulty. It may not hit you and yours, but may feel like it is pressing in all around you. Be strong. Put up protections and boundaries. You will get through.
One time, I felt like this. I was waiting for an apartment to be inspected, staying in a hotel. Didn’t want to go to the library to check emails for an inspection date, even though missing the email might mean losing the apartment. I stayed in. The next day, I heard there was a riot downtown, not far from the library. I was glad I stayed in!
Another time, I was preparing for work. A storm rose. When Mom drove me to work, we passed beside a church which had been struck by lightening and was burning. I was glad we started early because of detours. It’s not always about you.
These vibes are here to help you. Pay attention to them, but don’t let them upset you. You’ll be fine.
