# Healing \<3

Intention is to aid in healing.

Wonderful for anyone with SUD, serious health issues, anxiety, depression and for general well-being.

Best if done outside - grounded and barefoot near running water.

Stand with your eyes closed and center and ground yourself.

Really feel the strength of the earth flowing through you.

When you are ready repeat: _“By earth, air, fire and water - hear my call, & grant me power. Powers of birth and rebirth - allow transformation, give me silence and peace. Shedding all that no  
longer serves me well, I now release. Heal me, both in body and mind, the words I have spoken now bind.”_

If you are near running water - place yours hands in it and allow elemental water to cleanse you and move the negative energies away from you.

You can also reach down & touch the earth. Allowing elemental earth to absorb all the negative energies. Be sure to be grateful and thank the power of nature for aiding in healing you.

Thank you for sharing sounds lovely especially being near the water, were I live we have a great walking trail and pond I haven’t been there as I am not sure if it is accessible for walkers, I will find out and go have a visit.
