I am new but have been dabbling with the craft since I was a preteen. I am a homeschool mom to 3 and live in Texas with my husband of 13 years. My husband and children are fully supportive of my path, but I am still in the broom closet to any family or friends outside of my home. I love tarot, oracle, candle and herb magick. I enjoy cooking, gardening, and books!!! I am always learning and improving myself. I am looking forward to this group and getting to know everyone.
Hi, I’m Krissie from Cape Cod, MA & I have 3 children! My 2 boys have graduated and my 11-year-old is in 6th grade. I’m kind of half in & half out of the broom closet. I love the courses and learning so much from this site & in the forum. Everyone here is so friendly and supportive. If you have any questions please ask & someone will get back to you as soon as they can. Have a great day!
Thank you!! My kids are 6, 9 and 10.
I’m glad you are embracing your path and coming out of the broom closet. That can be tricky but it’s much easier when you do it privately online until you’re more comfortable!
Feel free to make a post in the forums anytime you have thoughts, spellwork, or questions you’d like to share- there are many here happy to help!
I homeschooled my boys for 13 years. It was a fabulous journey. Both in college now and I am starting out on my own path of learning.
@jacqueline2, great to meet you! Welcome to the community.
A very merry meet to you, @jacqueline2!
It sounds like you have many wonderful interests and talents- congrats to you! I especially love your passion for learning- you came to the right place! We all love to learn and grow together . If you haven’t already found them, you may enjoy looking through the free Spells8 Complete Courses.
Please make yourself at home here in the forums! There is a lot to explore, so I recommend using the weekly news post Merry Meet Monday to help you get a heads-up on what is happening each week.
It is a pleasure to meet you- Blessed be!
Welcome, @jacqueline2! Nice to meet you! I’m Kasie from West Virginia. If you need any help around the forum just pop up and ask and someone will be able to help you. Oh, and since you like books you’ll probably like the Book Club that just started.
I hope to get to know you more soon!
Merry meet! It’s lovey to have you here
Merry Meet, fellow Texan! Welcome to the Forum. I am glad that you are here and on your path. I hope that everything is well for you and your family after our Snowmageddon. There is a structure in spells8 courses and guides. It is like the borders of a jigsaw puzzle that I have always needed and I hope that it helps you and the many talents that you already have.
May your days be warm and happy.
Brightest of Blessings.
We fared well compared to others during the storm!
Thank you so much. I am going to check out the book club now.
@cbd We’ve been homeschooling for 7 years and it’s been such a joy for our family.
My name is Jeannie and welcome to our coven we have many recipes you will love to check out. In the kitchen, incense, and more. FYI I am still in the broom closet too. I pick and chose who I say anything too. I learned to keep my mouth shut for a change. lol But sometimes I would like to share I just think it is best like this for know. I live in Sacramento and have two kids. I am elated to hear you have been in the craft for so long. I dont have an exact date but I have been on this site since October. I like to read if I get anytime too but still I have lots of books. I am married too and my husband is okay with me being a witch. He thinks its just another way of saying I am a hippie but that’s him. He is a musician and loves Jerry Garcia and went to lots of festivals. I never once been to a festival. I have been a mom and really havn’t had a chance to travel at all. Since I started spells 8 I started making a list of places I would like to go see. I really would like to go see Salem and yellowstone. Its so nice to meet you!! Were so excited and looking forward to seeing you on the forum.
Hi and welcome! So glad you are here, I’ve been dabbling off and on since I was young too.
