# Here's a simple spell to banish bad energy

**Materials:**

- Black candle (for protection and banishing)
- Bowl of salt (to absorb negativity)
- Incense (for cleansing)
- Your intention

**Steps:**

**Create your space:**

Find a quiet place and light the black candle.

Place the bowl of salt in front of you.

**Cleansing:**

Light the incense and waft the smoke around yourself and the room, saying:

_“With this smoke, I cleanse the space, banish all energy that’s out of place.”_

**Set your intention:**

Focus on the negative energy you want to banish.

Visualize it being absorbed by the salt and the flame burning it away.

**Speak your spell:**

_“By fire, smoke, and salt’s embrace, I banish all negativity from this place. No harm may enter, no ills remain, Only light and peace will reign.”_

**Close the spell:**

Once you feel the energy has shifted, extinguish the candle and dispose of the salt outside.
