How do we report if there’s a site or app glitch? I’ve had a video player issue since before I officially signed up. I can’t play any of them.

Try force stopping your app and deleting the caches. Then try it

Sorry that you’re experiencing difficulties! I’m going to second this great suggestion here:
If that doesn’t work, another common fix is to clear your cache.
Give those a try - if videos still aren’t working for you, let us know and we’ll dig in deeper!

Go into settings on your phone.

See all apps
Scroll to Spells8
Select app
Click on storage & cache
Clear cache
(If you clear storage/data you’ll have to sign in again)
This should work on phones and tablets, if it’s a laptop, not sure.

There’s also a current known issue with videos playing on iOS devices. Francisco is currently working on it.
