Merry meet everyone! My name is Alexxis and I am from Central Florida on the East Coast. I am a solitary practitioner and just did my self dedication last night! I am so excited to have found spells8! I originally became involved in magic by accident. All of a sudden crows started warning me of danger and I once had a pure white husky follow me home down a dark and dangerous road. Once I got to my driveway, I turned around and the husky was gone. Needless to say, I wanted to figure out what was going on! I hope everyone has a wonderful day! Blessed Be.

Thank you Bry! I started off with Diana and Apollo but mainly work with Hecate and Pan now. I’ve been on this journey for about 3 years now and love every part of it. Unfortunately I didn’t have the ability to get my hands on as many books as I would have liked and lost most of what I had about 2 years ago. I now find myself with time on my hands and want to strengthen my spirituality and my craft. I consider myself to be an Eclectic Solitary witch but sometimes wonder if I would be happy in a coven or not. I really don’t know anyone else who is a witch. I am beyond happy to have found this site and since I don’t believe in coincidences I have to believe I am here for a reason! Blessed Be

I’m sorry to hear about your loss and I hope that with time you’ll be able to recover/find all the books you are hoping for
One thought is that there’s a collection of free online books shared in the book club (which you are warmly invited to join if it interests you!) and I recently started using my library card to access digital books through the library. I was surprised to find they have many of Llewellyn’s books like the ones about the Sabbats and various areas of magick! Perhaps you could check to see if your library has a similar program for some additional witchy books to read? 
It’s always a pleasure to meet a fellow Eclectic! 
And I understand your feelings about being in a Coven. While it’s certainly not for everyone, I’ve found that the online Coven is the perfect balance between freedom to do and practice as a please with the camaraderie of people who “get” what I do. And it helps that everyone here is super friendly and kind!

Sorry to hear about your loss of books. Have you tried Kindle Unlimited? For about ten dollars a month, you can download oodles of witchy books to read and switch out for new ones. It’s neat! Anyhow, it’s great to meet you! I look forward to seeing you on the forum!
