Letting go

Letting go is hard, very hard. Not like unloading my 1st husband, I had the marriage annuled and poof, 180lb fat gone. Ding Dong
What I mean by that is, letting go of someone

Summary

who caused you pain, loss of a friend or loved one or haunting memories. It’s perhaps the hardest thing I ever did.
First I had to decide, were my memories causing me to in my grieve & wollow in sorrow, reliveing the loss.

There were a lot of deciding factors. Is it a person in real time or a miserable memory.
I knew this person 30+ years, she was my BFF… or so I thought. I did a lot of deep searching within myself.
And each time I thought I found the reason it didn’t feel right, I kept searching.
Then I had an ephipany! It wasn’t her fault, it was mine. I was empowering her.
Then I read an article on do you control your memories or do they control you?
In a news letter, Apr2020 there was a spell, “I release you”
A Spell for Letting Go Once And For All, By our own Francisco Huanaco.

Remember, your memories are yours and you control them.
They aren’t real, they’re just a memory.

I’m happy the spell helped you let go and find peace. I agree, it’s a difficult thing to do! But the freedom on the other side is a true blessing.

Beautifully said! Thank you, Garnet
