I’m calling the quarters before sitting in meditation…my current offerings are a white candle, incense, a glass of fresh water, & a potted flower.
I heard a clear beating in the room after i began my visualization & meditation & i was just curious if that sounded familiar to any of the experienced ones here

what meditation and visualization were you doing? One here on Spells8?
It’s possible you were picking up on your own heartbeat or an Otherworldly beating of drums!
Hi thanks for your response…the beat was definitely not mine, which is pretty exciting; it was there in the room.
The visualization is roots from the bottom of my feet going into the ground and light or energy from the universe, going into my eyes or head… and when they meet in the middle, a bubble forms around me.
I’m brand new at meditation & visualization so it’s not anything I’ve achieved through experience ha ha
…I’m so excited I found Spells8 because there are so many Spells, Charms, & moon magic to explore 
Ohh with this visualization, I would definitely say you’re picking up on some sort of Otherworldly beat – potentially the beat or vibration of Earth energy or the Universe. How very exciting! 
If I were you, I would try to achieve that again and see if you can figure out what’s causing it, where it’s coming from, and if it was just a one-time occurrence.
It could be an encouragement to keep going and learning, too!
