But no, I come across it via notifications or my āNewā notificationsā¦ at any rateā¦ Iām a little slow on the uptake before coffeeā¦

Also thank you for your insights & inquiries about shielding on the Aura Scanning Threadā¦ itās a new thing for me to add to my toolbox because I was used to it just happening & kind of hiding from it before acknowledging it or just removing myself from the situation. Coping mechanisms built up over time that just progressed to those points. Re-learning some things & unblurring lines to learn what is actually normal for the ages of my children 
Itās been pretty busy at my house today. I took the kids to the history center for a little field trip. There was a lot of cool exhibits there (mostly the one about pirates) but also some boring ones (Iām not much for war memorial stuffā¦)
