Congratulations @Nixi Well done. You super deserve this. Hope all is ok.
This week I start my new job, already Loki has got involved in, when my radio kept switching channels, lol, and he kept turning my music off and putting traffic news on. He warned me of traffic issues, so if my data goes down and my Google maps fail, I know he can sort it. (Or maybe he just hates my taste in music ). Raining again here. My poor apples trees are drowning and dropping their apples early so both me and my local wasp tribe aren’t happy :frowning: but c’est la vie. So how’s all you? And what do you have planned for the week. Sending love and light lovelies :sparkling_heart:

Wishing you all the best as you start your new job, Tracy- sounds like Loki is helping you get off to a good start! May He continue to lend a helping hand as you get into your new routine :grinning: :two_hearts:

Here’s to hoping the rain lets up there too- I hope your apples can hang in there! :apple:

Thank you. And here I was upset with myself for not being here or doing enough this past week.

@tracyS Loki is certainly is in it. Again no idea where it’s coming from but something is tickling my memory. Something about his involvement and your status with him and Fun before work. Like sometimes a flood of Fun Crazy is readying you for plain craziness

My week is going to be plain Crazy Crazy. The carpet install was rescheduled from last Wednesday to tomorrow. We got a call this morning that the installers’ van broke down so now we’re scheduled for this Wednesday at 9AM. That is just about the craziest time of day in the house. Three words Four Year Old.

Not to mention the 3 cats to wrangle. The two girls can go into the bathroom but the little one, like she weighs 4 pounds little, thinks she’s in charge and in Magic’s mind HE is in charge of everyone and everything so he can’t be closed in with them. He’ll have to go in a carrier for the day :crying_cat_face:

My husband hasn’t told my mother-in-law yet. Last week she called about an hour after the install was set to start asking how soon we would be there to pick up the baby. She’s going to be livid.

A few scattered appointments round out the fun.

Have a good week y’all

@Nixi Wow, busy busy for you. Hoping it goes to plan this time. Make time for coffee/tea in between the chaos. Blessed be lovely :sparkling_heart:

Congratulations to @Nixi! Thank you for all you do!

Good luck with the new job, @tracyS! Sorry about the apples.

Oh my, @Nixi! It sounds like your carpet installation is getting crazier and crazier. Good luck with it. Sending you good vibes.

I went to the eye doctor today and got new glasses. That was fun. Not. I hate the eye puff thing. But needs must and I got home okay, it wasn’t a marathon day this time, thank goodness. I just came home and collapsed, ate my lunch, and took a nap. LOL!

Other than that, I’ve not got much going on this week. I found a really nice prayer I was going to use for the Sabbat until I realized it was for Mabon. So I’m back to the drawing board for what I’m going to do next week. We’ll see.

I hope you all are having a good week!

Congratulations :tada: thank you for all of your contributions to the forum & our members :hugs: I hope your week doesn’t get too crazy, you definitely have a lot going on… so take time for yourself too! Especially on Wednesday! :revolving_hearts:

@tracyS hope you continue to do well & Loki helps you out on your new job this week! :revolving_hearts:

@Amethyst… I’m not a fan of the puff either… or the dilating… but… same, needs to be done each time I go to be seen. I also am not sure what it is I’m going to do next week…

I now watch the 2 toddlers when both parents are working. So mainly the mom… she tends to have days off during the week but not in a set schedule way. The longest I would be watching them is 8 AM to 2:30 PM EST… so it’s not bad. I enjoy having them & they are dropped off after the busy morning of people leaving & are picked up before those that left come home for the day. They are good kids & we have fun :smiling_face_with_three_hearts: That being said, I will more often than not be in later in the day. (After the babes leave) Some things will shift but a little change isn’t a bad thing either

I do have my weekly appointment Wednesday AM & I believe that’s it as far as I know :crossed_fingers:

@Nixi Sounds like a busy time indeed! Good luck with the carpet installation and everything else going on- I’ve got my fingers crossed that it all goes well for you and everybody there!

@Amethyst I have nightmares about the eye puff thing- it’s the worst! :scream: Good for you for getting it done and over with- I’m glad it all went well! And no chant? No problem! You’re a master when it comes to writing beautiful chants, Amethyst- how about crafting a Lammas chant of your own? You write so wonderfully! :writing_hand: :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

@Susurrus Wishing you all the best with the babysitting and the appointment- good luck and hope it all goes well for you! :heartpulse:

I jumped but they got it. Thank goodness.

Good luck watching two little ones!

I’m going to write something, I’ve just got to sit down and do it. LOL! But thank you for such kind compliments!

The compliments are well-deserved, Amethyst- the chants and prayers you share are always masterpieces :hearts: :scroll::sparkles:

Good luck and may you blessed by an abundance of creativity while you’re writing- have fun! :hugs:

Happy Tuesday! I’m a bit late to this post - I took yesterday as a day just for myself, so I spent a lot of time out of the forum and playing a new video game :joy:

I hope everyone has had a great start to the week!

Congratulations, Nixi! :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

How exciting! I hope it’s going well so far!

Oh yikes, that sounds really rough! I’m sorry  I hope it isn’t too crazy for you, or if it is, I hope you at least get breaks!

Literally the worst - I hate it, too!

Babies! I mean, not actually babies, but still - kids are so funny and cute! I hope you have fun with them

@Amethyst Thankyou. Eye puffs are awful, but new glasses are great. I love new glasses. Maybe you could rewrite the prayer to fit the Sabbat. I’m sure it’ll be lovely.Just a thought. :sparkling_heart:
@Susurrus Thankyou. Lokis loving being involved  happy toddler sitting, kids are great, must be busy busy though. :sparkling_heart:
@MeganB Thankyou. So far so good. Fun fun video game. Enjoy :sparkling_heart:

Aww, thank you! You’re making me blush!

I’m just gonna start from scratch this weekend and see what I come up with. I work best under pressure. LOL!

Since I only have them normally 8 AM - 2 PM… it’s a pretty quick day & they both nap then wake up in time to be picked up. They are pretty funny though & good little ones. We have fun :joy:

@Amethyst I always jump too

Also, the last couple of days a certain someone has been trying to get my attention. So tomorrow I need to make time to see what is happening with that

It’s carpet day :face_with_peeking_eye: A few speed bumps but so far so good.

The color looks almost nothing like the pictures my husband showed me and honestly I hate it. It’s new mid quality with top quality padding and I can let little one walk around without shoes without his get getting dirty. Definitely better than the 30+ year old stuff they just ripped up
