Thanks, love! Itā€™s supposed to be 90 today and 76 tomorrow, so who knows whatā€™s happening. I just hope we donā€™t get some summer storms to cool us down that quick and knock the power out.

@Mystique just posted a sleeping/ dreaming oil. Maybe that will help.
I frequently wake at that time also.
My acupunctures talked to me about the Organ clock from traditional chinese medicine. They said it was hard from the lung :lungs: hour to the liver hour because it goes from greif to anger. When this happens i try to do writing about my grief and anger i am try to go through.

I found this website that discusses the organ clock. It makes reference to examples of the emotional correspondences to organs for each time period.

I am going to create some affirmations and schedule times in my calendar/day for supportive actions to take for that particular organ/time/emotion.

Well it makes sense. I do have an incurable lung disease that is in remission. But what am I supposed to do about it. Now that I understand why I wake that early in the morning, how do I fix the issue?

You might, you never know! Do a search for lavender farms in your area. I was surprised and thrilled to know there was one 20 minutes from my house! :purple_heart:

Thank you! He was a trooper and it was an easy visit!

Thank you! :orange_heart: Kermit did great! Made the mistake of going outside for an hour this morning and just about melted.

Thank you! :purple_heart: Iā€™m about halfway through processing my lavender :joy:

Hello, based on the quick read of the article, and since your issue is medical rather than emotional, it seems to suggest focusing on breathing and on keeping body warm at that time.

For me, it is more emotional so I am focusing also adding in affirmations and journaling re grief and anger.

Sorry just answering you. Just got off of work. I agree with @Phoenix_Rose. And also believe that every physical ailment also has a spiritual emotional component too. Lung :lungs: in chinese medicine represents grief and sadness. Is there anything you need to grieve tbat you are not?

I am terrible at grief and keep chipping away at it. I frequently wake up at the same time when i need to do shadow work with grief.

Thatā€™s great! I always hated taking Max to the Vet, heā€™d meow and scream in the car like crazy. He was good at the Vets, but getting there was awful.

Merry Meet beloved souls! I am SO effing stoked to share so much with you allā€¦ I was able to make it out of a dark spotā€¦ Everything was feeling heavy, but I kept pushing through.

I made a Vlog update today, and wanted to make sure to share with yā€™all: #IAmArwyn: Uninterrupted- 6/27/2024

I have been working really hard on expressing my freedom of spiritualismā€¦ I am a Cult survivor, and ā€œChristianityā€ was used against me in some vicious and psychologically torturing ways. It has been almost a year since I have been out as an Ecletic Indigenous-Ashkenazi and Norse Practitioner. I am in Advanced studies where I am Certified through Love and Light School of Light Therapy and the World Metaphysical Association.

Today, in the vlog I show how much I have lost, as I just celebrated my 1 year anniversary since my total and complete hysterectomy last year due to PCOS and Endometriosis.

I am working with another practitioner, and I am friends with a legend, JC Marcoux and always looking to collab.

I hope you all are having a great week, and I am sending love to each and every one of you!
