Candle making is just so much fun, even though it can get messy at times. :laughing: I“ve once pushed over a candle mold, that I had just filled with liquid wax. :face_with_peeking_eye:

I wasn’t able to see the eclipse or the lovely luna due to cloud cover but I did watch it on YouTube.

I’m ready as I’ll ever be for March. I had a rough night last night but I’m not letting it bring me down! I watched the sparrows this morning while drinking a cup of Chai tea.

I have new learning cards and they are so shiny and sparkly like jewels! Love them.

I actually had a jar! It was a salsa jar, but it was washed out and everything. There was just so much other stuff in my pantry that I didn’t find it. My new worker did, when she was looking for a vase.

I’d love to see them! You should share!

Y’all, I’m getting a new worker on Mondays and Tuesdays, while Sally will have Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. And she’s willing to take me to the doctor! Yay!

For my Freshman class picture in 1979 I was the ONLY one wearing a Red Satin Suit (I’m a woman, short 5’2ā€). Hey, red my favorite color, shiny, and sparkly….what’s wrong with that?:rofl: Lady Gene :wand_tarot:

I don’t think I slept much at all. The first time, I forgot to take my magnesium spray with me, so I had restless leg all night which kept me a awake. Second time was better, but I never sleep well in unfamiliar places.

Where I went, if I needed to use the restroom, all I had to do was sit up and tell them and someone would come in and unplug me so I could go to the rest room – the room was like a hotel room with bed, TV arm chair, separate bathroom. When I was done, they plugged me back in and I lay back down. I think I did that a couple of times. They’ve seen it all, so don’t worry if you think you get up a lot.

Heres a video they showed me before I went so I would know what to expect.

I have a lot of catching up to do on the forum tonight! It’s March 3rd and I’m already behind. I didn’t even realize we have a full moon. So much for being more mindful in 2026.

I absolutely will, once the first ones are finished! They will get a little touch up with paint, to make the designs more visible.

I“m taking supplements, too! Let me just share really quick, what I“ve learned on my health journey so far as a 50+ woman.
Women need MORE protein, the older we get! 1,2 grams to 1,6 grams per Kilogram bodyweight! By now I“m drinking protein shakes, because I can“t even eat that much protein.
We need Collagen, for our joints, skin health and hair!
We need Creatine (3 - 5 grams daily) for our brain health (helps with brain fog, enhances mental energy and clarity) and for our sleep.
We need to kick white wheat flour (white bread, noodles etc) out of our diet, because it turns into sugar right away and stresses the pancreas.
My health goal for march is to remove sugar from my diet as much as I can.

I“m working with a nutritionist on my diet since six months, and these are things a medical doctor will not know because (I don“t know if this is any different in the US) in their education they only have like two or three hours of lectures on nutrition.

Thank you, beautiful for sharing your experience. I’m at the point that I don’t care what they do to me. I’m so tired of waking up tired and just not feeling good. Today has been an emotional day for me. Sometimes things become so overwhelming. Made it through surgery and recovery and now this. I get my annual mammogram this month too. I’m almost scared to take it lol.

I really like them! They feel pretty durable and they shuffle very easily; like cutting butter! I love that they have the interpretation right on the card. Lately, mesmerizing hasn’t been working very well.

I have a few decks that are made out of that slippery material and I love the way they shuffle. Every once in a while they will fly out of my hands because they are so slippery! :rofl:
