Congratulations to @Feathertip and @stephanieanne76! And @stephanieanne76, you got a special badge! Way to go!

I have a bit of a busy week this week. I have a doctor appointment today, a re-certification for Sally tomorrow, and then I have an errand to run early Wednesday morning. So that’s a bit unusual for me. That will be different.

Other than that, I’m good to relax the rest of the week. I’m looking forward to the goodies on Thanksgiving, too. Yum. And of course, after the Macy’s Parade comes through, I can start decorating for Yule! That’ll be fun too!

Hope everyone has a good week!

Congratulations on the shout outs this week and thank you @Feathertip for sharing so much of your wisdom and @stephanieanne76 for sharing so much of your love with the group!

:tada: Congratulations on the special badge for the three week streak @stephanieanne76 :tada:

Wishing you the best of luck and smooth appointments this week! :crossed_fingers:

You panicked me a little bit. I was like, How did I lose time, and it’s Thanksgiving this week?!? Whew. I’ve still got time to prepare!

I’ve got a meeting this afternoon with an estate attorney to update POAs and start on the RLT (revocable living trust), then I need to finish putting together a jewelry order to drop off tomorrow for a high end shop that could be (unexpectedly) a boon for me, tomorrow morning I’m out at work early to be present when one of our lions is anesthetized for a ultrasound (I’ll be trying to get molds of a canine and claw, if possible) and then I pick up my race packet end of week for my half marathon on Saturday! Last week was a rough one, but hoping for a better one. I could try to rewrite that to make it clearer, but I haven’t had my caffeine for the morning and need to get out for a run before I change my mind about doing it!

Wishing everyone a wonderful start to their week!

Thanks, love! I hope they all go okay.

Sorry! I didn’t mean to panic you! I just read all these recipes so I can pick some to post. And they all look so good! It makes me hungry!

I’m glad you made it through the week and hope this one goes even better for you! Crossing my fingers for you!

Way to go! Thanks for supporting the coven with information and recognition. :heart_with_arrow:

I’ve been using AIs to create pictures for cards quite a bit. So this week I need to wend my way through the ones I use the most and decide if I want to pay for one… another one. Right now, I use Copilot for most general searches, LTX, Chatgpt, Night Cafe for images and infrequently I use Claude for question lists for Lenormand (thanks @Artemisia for pointing that out months ago). Anyone have a favorite?

Here is a Night Cafe image I did for an update to my Fantasy deck. Night Cafe can be free and very good for casual users. They give modest credit for just visiting regularly.

Finally, thanks to @BryWisteria for out weekly updates. It makes for a nice start to the week! :green_heart: :heart_with_arrow:

Congratulations, @stephanieanne76 - thank you for spreading your love and joy! :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

Thank you all for the lovely congrats.

@Amethyst - good luck with your appointment today, and here’s hoping your recertification for Sally goes smoothly. You do have a busy week ahead!

@Artemisia - wishing you an uneventful meeting with your real estate attorney. Hopefully all documents are ready and waiting so it moves along quickly.

This sounds interesting - I hope this goes exactly the way you want it to!

:face_with_open_eyes_and_hand_over_mouth:

Wow! Good luck getting these molds, fingers crossed for you! This isn’t something that comes your way every day. Poor kitty, I hope his ultrasound is normal. :lion:

You’re making me tired! Stop being so awesome! Seriously, best of luck with this one and I hope it goes better for you than the previous one. You’re strong and beautiful! :woman_running:

This week marks the first week that I don’t have to think about painting! :fireworks: I’m very happy with it, now my little garret bedroom and the upstairs landing is lighter and brighter, and it only cost me 4 gallons of paint and a couple weeks of my time. :sparkles:

Today I’m heading to the kitchen to put together my favorite meatless chicken noodle soup. I have all my herbs and veggies ready. It’s a soothing activity for me and like a giant simmer pot!

The only other thing on tap is a trip to the birding store: time to start putting out extra suet feeders - getting chilly out there.

Wishing everyone a wonderful magickal week! :new_moon_face: :night_with_stars:

Three week streak??? Really! Yay! The end of last week was rough and I wasn’t around much so I thought for sure I wouldn’t do it. I’m so excited and thankful loves for the special badge! I cherish all of you!

I’m hoping this week brings more joy and a lot less stress!!

Once again, Merry Meet to all our new sisters and brothers!

Blessed Be! :herb: :dizzy:

I have to say I really enjoy these weekly emails telling us of all the activities going on in the coven. It makes a great start to the week. This is such a special place!

Congratulations to @Feathertip and to @stephanieanne76 for your shout outs! That’s awesome!

I don’t have much going on this week. I have a couple of websites to judge for the garden club awards, but I’m putting that off until tomorrow. Then I’ve got my annual physical (ugh) on Thursday morning and the garden club board meeting on Friday morning. I finished the Conqueror Thanksgiving Virtual Challenge and got started on An Unexpected Journey, Hobbit themed Virtual challenge.

I’m slowly ramping up my creativity again and have been creating some artists trading cards and artists trading coins for some swaps. it’s been rather fun to get the watercolors out again.

And in addition to the watercolor, I’ve been enjoying creating AI images on Night Cafe, where I jumped right in and paid for a pro membership, which I’m enjoying.

Have a great week, everyone.

I’ve fallen in love with Night Cafe too and a pro membership is on my birthday wish list lol! I love the challenges and collecting credits!

Sorry things got so stressful for you! Glad it’s better now. :people_hugging:

Totally agree - it’s a nice kickoff for us, isn’t it? It’s great having it all in one place. :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

You sound busy with your garden club! Judging for the awards must be fun - lots of beautiful gardens in Texas with your longer growing season. Have fun!

Congrats on breaking out the watercolors again! I’m not good at ATCs since working in that format is challenging for me - good for you! :artist_palette:

Thank you! Today went well, so here’s hoping the rest of the week will be good!

Yay! I’m glad you got it done!

Oh, that sounds so good and warming!

When I fed the birds, my suet lasted a day or so for each block. As I’ve said, the birds around my old house proved that pigs can fly! They’re called Starlings.

That’s a lot when you look at it! Hope you have a good week!

Look at all the great stuff going on!! I’m currently on a doctoral break until January (WEHOO!) and am happy to report my 4.0 continues! This has been particularly tricky with my mom so ill, but I’m getting it done! I am also on break next week from regular school… so I can’t wait to pop in and catch up!! I miss you all!! Now that we’ve sort of found a new rhythm with our crazy life, I’m hoping I can make a little more time to stop in each week. My mental health needs a good dose of you all!! Hope everyone has a marvelous week!!

Thank you, it was super easy (and easy as these things can be I guess) and she was very organized!

:crossed_fingers: Finished the tags and separated all the necklaces into bags and printed up my invoice. phew all that’s left is to drop it off tomorrow at work when I arrive for the lioness’ ultrasound.

Honestly, I need to get some courage and arrange a day or two soon to show up at work on my days off to sell my pendants to the staff, volunteers, and adopters who work with and love the animals whose teeth and claws I use to create the pendant molds. My “I can’t do it” no one wants any, they’ll think it’s too expensive dialogue often gets the better of me.

Hahaha very kind of you  I haven’t been feeling awesome of late so your compliment was a nice boost. Eh, my goal for this race is to have fun and finish the race. Already thinking about which running tutu I should wear

I remember as a kid making our own suet blocks for the birds in the winter in Montana. My parents were big birders which I of course didn’t appreciate at the time. Funny how now I’m the one feeding birds, pulling out my bird ID app on runs and taking bird watching field trips now! :bird:

Yeah… now you mention it, LOL!

Thanks! These are what I was working on - they are house shaped, for a bit of a change!

Congratulations! Thank you so much for your work!

Yeah, a lot of people don’t like starlings. They fight off the smaller birds. About all you can do about them is to get yourself a squirrel. Oops: that doesn’t change the issue. Sorry about the flying pigs.

Great! Get some good rest and keep up the good work next semester!

I believe in you! After all, you have a niche on the market. I haven’t seen anyone selling lion claw pendants, and I’m interested in buying one.

They trained you well. :pink_heart:

My week is starting off slowly. Locals are passing around a nasty cough which has hit me. This “grandma” got run over by a flu germ. Happily, my driver’s grandson’s piano recital as been rescheduled, so I have time to heal before I have to miss anything important. I keep telling myself to start cleaning in the morning, but still wake up too weak to do much. Herbs helped the fever and sore throat, but I had to get more intense meds for the lungs, starting today.

The paintings look nice for the holidays. Are they going to be holiday gifts? I’m seeking some ideas to give my driver and her family.

Stay healthy, everyone, and have a great week!

The witchy one, of course!

Since the weather is turning towards winter, the Starling piggies are much fewer in number and will eventually disappear from our area. When they’re around, my suet cakes were gobbled up within a couple of days - the last 3 weeks I’m getting nearly a full week out of them!

Soon it will be nothing but the locals. Starlings, grackles and red-winged blackbirds will be gone until late winter/early spring.

It’s great to see you! Congrats on maintaining that 4.0, especially in the middle of your current family situation. Glad you’re on break and you can come hang out with us some more. :smiling_face_with_three_hearts: Hope your mom is doing well.

These are adorable! I love your style! Perfect for the holiday season.

Oh no. :frowning: I hope the more intense medicine starts to help - get well soon! Get some rest and let the cleaning wait for a bit. It’ll still be there when you’re ready to tackle it again. Take care!

It’s a pleasure, it makes me happy that the weekly news is enjoyed! Thanks, Dan! :raising_hands:

Your watercolor houses are gorgeous, Greenbriar - I love these so much!

Sounds like a couple folks are fighting off bugs and ailments - oh no! Here’s to hoping the rest of the week is a happy and healthy one for everyone

May it be blessed

That looks awesome! It would make a lovely holiday card! You’re very talented.

I had to stop feeding the birds. Between the starlings and the squirrels and chipmunks, I could spend thirty bucks a day on food, and it still wouldn’t be enough for them!

Ew/ I hope you’re feeling better! Kids are plague carriers. LOL!

That’s pretty good! I think the problem was that we had some trees where the starlings would live in very close to us. So, breakfast in bed, as it were.
