I am such a newbie at it that I hesitate trying to explain but, for sure, a primary key is intention. There are so many books about it that are full of intellectualizing but light on implementation. The one that (I think) cuts to the heart but may not for everyone is: “Practical Techniques for Directing Your Reality” by Adam Blackthorne.
