This is well-said, Wysteria! 
I personally see labels as being harmless when used to help someone discover their identity and feel more validated in their Craft, but it does create big problems when labels begin to draw lines between groups of people. Anytime there is an “us vs them” mentality it can spark conflict- but also the opportunity to, just as you so perfectly said, practice our witchy values and coven camaraderie

Beautifully said! At the end of the day, I agree that it is really is all about knowing yourself and your practice- labels or not, if you know you then you’re in the best place possible!
