No worries, It was a Meeting with the Morrigan & it’s from Tara Reynolds book, Goddess Connections: The Morrigan. I just know that you would do so much better with this meditation 
I like it, but the woman doing it… not so much of a comforting feeling to me. 
I popped this to a recommendation so we don’t take away from the lovely one you originally posted.
