This is an extremely important exercise - so make sure you do it with someone you trust.

This is something I am working on because I believe communication whether giving or receiving is a 2-way street & I love learning techniques to listen to my partner in a meaningful way. Thank you so much once again @SilverBear!

I’ve meditated in the same room as my partner, but we’ve never done a mindfulness exercise together before- it’s a really interesting idea!
