Sit quietly….light a black candle.
And imagine roots growing down, deep into the earth…anchoring you.
Then pull up from Mother Earth yellow, golden light…healing light…. protection…see this light surround you. In all directions.
Then say with conviction: I call my energy back to me now—cleansed, sovereign, whole. Around me rises a shield of living light, clear and strong, porous only to love, truth, and what serves my highest good. No ill will may cling to me.
No envy may pierce me. No harmful intention may find a home in my field. What is not mine returns to its source. What seeks to harm dissolves before it reaches me. What is meant to bless me passes through with ease. My home is protected.
My body is protected. My spirit is protected. I walk guarded and guided. I rest watched over and restored. I speak shielded and steady. Seen and unseen forces that serve the light, stand at my threshold and within my heart. I am covered. I am sealed. I am safe. And so it is!
