This is a tough time, a chaotic time. And I know there are quite a few empaths in this forum. So I wanted to share a prayer inspired by Anahita Gula and Marianne Williamson.
I try not to get involved with politics but it’s really difficult. And sometimes I feel that I jinxed this country since I moved here in 2016… 
But I know that this is something that affects us all. Prayers out to the protesters!
