Does anyone know why the shadow work lessons video won’t load? I love watching the videos while chasing my baby around and don’t have much time to read. Was hoping to see it fixed soon or if it’s on my end. Thank you!

Good morning! Is it a specific video that won’t load, or is it all the videos in each lesson?
Some troubleshooting things to try:

clear your cache
-
refresh the page
-
try a new browser
-
be sure you’re signed in

It’s the videos in the courses. All the others work just fine, it’s only the shadow work courses.

Hmm… everything is working fine on my end. I don’t see anything in the back end that could be an issue either. I’m gonna escalate this to @Francisco and see if he has any ideas! 
Have you tried any of the troubleshooting steps I mentioned above?

Hi @BoredKender! I’m looking into it but the videos seem to be playing normally here too.
Do you see a loading screen or an error message? Could you take a screenshot and upload it here? That will certainly help!
