I often look up at the sky and feel a sense that there is a vast expanse of endless possibilities before me. I’m made aware of the greatness of the universe and the smallness of myself, who can only witness the tiniest snippet of it at any moment in time. It’s a very beautiful and humbling sensation to stand before such majesty and be able to do nothing but gaze upon it in wonder.

There was a storm for about… a total of 10 minutes. 
This photo is from right before it.
I did get to see lighting hit the ground twice, though. Hadn’t seen that in a long time.

It was a lot worse in some areas, but here, the blue sky didn’t even disappear during the “worst” of it. Lightning against a blue sky is an interesting sight, though! It didn’t look real.

I was shooing Raven away from my partner’s desk as, once he gave up trying to climb my three monitors, he decided to go after my partner’s glasses, and I noticed that I could see the moon out the window. So I rushed to take some photos before it disappeared behind the clouds, and so, here they are.
As always, it looked bigger and prettier in real life.
