Slow Cooker Butter Rum Coffee

Ingredients:
6 cups freshly brewed strong coffee, (use a measuring cup not the lines on the coffee pot)
1/2 cup vanilla rum, (or 1/2 cup light rum)
1 cup buttershots schnapps
1/2 cup Bailey’s Irish cream
For Serving:
whipped cream
crushed butterscotch candies for garnish, optional
Directions:
Add the coffee to the slow cooker.
Add the buttershots, vanilla rum, and bailey’s irish cream.
Stir.
This is already pretty warm, so you’ll only need to cook on high for an hour (or so) to heat up.
Switch to warm once warm and serve in mugs with whipped cream.
Notes:
This will store in the fridge for up to three additional days. Reheat on the stove top or in the microvwave.
If left on high for too long, some of the alcohol will cook off (but never all of it).
Expecting more people? You can double this in a 6 quart slow cooker.
