Does anyone know of any spells or rituals to forgive yourself? I’ve found meditations but I want to do something physical not subconsciously

I have cut the cord from karma
I lit a white and red candle tied with twine between them
the spell went like this
I refuse to be a solitary person even if in a previous life I took a vow of celibacy as a hermit of a solitary being
I forgive and free myself from the words and deeds of previous lives and the one I live
I liberate and we liberate
that’s what I said, that’s how it is…
I meditated that as the candles melt and the thread is cut, so I am freed from everything and everyone

I don’t have a particular self-forgiveness spell, but we did have a past challenge about forgiveness. You might find something there, even inspiration!
