Use that irk! It’s energy which is perfect to set up a spell.
About three months ago, I put his name in a compact mirror and wished that he could see what he’s doing to people. He probably already can see and is happy with his effects. Thus, avoid that particular intent.

Such fabulous recommendations, wow, so much to choose from. For me, I use runes. I’ve been working with them daily for a while now, they are super easy. Spells8 has a great course.
With runes you can embed them into your subconscious, so if I’m in a crowd, and feel a hostile energy, I’ll instantly think 
and it’s energy surrounds me, or in the case of a panic attack, I’ll recite the runes over and over, like saying your ABC.
I’m sorry things are difficult in America, but balance will come. Sending you the rune energy of

Putting my pennies worth, I think the best spell is to counteract negativity with positive action. Keep lifting our communities up, embracing diversity and being true to who you are, everyday and nature’s magic will do the rest. I think it’s called paying it forward. It’s amazing how when you smile at one person, they then smile at another and the whole day can lift. This is a season, and it too shall pass. Hold on.
