I’m not sure, honestly. I have it but haven’t made it through the book yet. It’s one of the books that’s on my list to read this year 
as soon as I finish it, I will do a full review! I know that others have found it helpful, though. I think a few people I know have done reviews… but I was only able to find one link this morning
