Merry meet to all of the forum book-lovers! 📚🤩 ❤ Thank you again to everyone who joined in for last month’s reading session [(Reading Session VI)](https://forum.spells8.com/t/spells8-book-club-vi-apr-5-may-7/8620) For those who haven’t yet shared their thoughts about their book (or anyone who enjoys reading book reviews!) you still have time to do so in [📝 Spells8 Book Club VI- Reader’s Reviews](https://forum.spells8.com/t/spells8-book-club-vi-readers-reviews/9647/). As of today, the **seventh book club reading session has now begun**! ![giphy](https://spells8s3.b-cdn.net/original/2X/e/ed0cb99a94955a82e59c0849f698f45909c1ecb6.gif) [Gif from [Giphy](https://giphy.com/stickers/Azbooka-Atticus-books-reading-azbookainostranka-K9IBJF5t4a1uiZKE3Q)] ## **Let’s get reading!** 1. **Announce your book** The first post below is an editable wiki post- add your book title and name to the list! (instructions below) 2. **The reading period is open for [[4 weeks]]** While it is great if you can finish your book during this time, it is okay if you break it into chapters or sections- do as much as you can and know that doing your best is always good enough! 3. **Share your thoughts** You are very welcome to share any thoughts or tidbits while you read in the comments below or in a new post in the forums. But save the best parts for the final discussion at the end of the reading period! 4. **Final Discussion** After four weeks, a discussion post will open encouraging all readers to share a review of their book and any personal thoughts they have about it. A mini-review is perfectly fine, and there will be a suggested format for anyone who would like to write a longer review. ![original](https://spells8s3.b-cdn.net/original/2X/8/815b0b5720b725c3673ff066d44b09786cd2b9f8.gif) [Gif from [We Heart It](https://weheartit.com/entry/253798175)] **A note about sharing books:** While everyone is free to choose their own book, you may consider _reading along with someone else_ ! It is fun to share thoughts and insights about different books and even more exciting to do in-depth about a book with fellow readers 🤝 If the book you plan to read is already on the list below, add your name to the list of others reading that book! For books with multiple readers, a separate discussion just for you will open for you to swap thoughts and share insights. Please keep in mind that everyone will reconvene for the final discussion, regardless of which book you read 📚 ![9f600749626d3480769f35ee386177bd](https://spells8s3.b-cdn.net/original/2X/2/2aa76bae7835d01beb6e545886476c54ac643735.gif) [Gif from [Pintrest](https://co.pinterest.com/pin/364087951119974328/)] **Not sure what to read?** You can find book recommendations in: - The [First Session Book Club Reviews](https://forum.spells8.com/t/spells8-book-club-i-readers-reviews/5116) - The [Second Session Book Club Reviews](https://forum.spells8.com/t/spells8-book-club-ii-readers-reviews/5757) - The [Third Session Book Club Reviews](https://forum.spells8.com/t/spells8-book-club-iii-readers-reviews/6318) - The [Fourth Session Book Club Reviews](https://forum.spells8.com/t/spells8-book-club-iv-readers-reviews/7246) - The [Fifth Session Book Club Reviews](https://forum.spells8.com/t/spells8-book-club-v-readers-reviews/8269) - The [Sixth Session Book Club Reviews](https://forum.spells8.com/t/spells8-book-club-vi-readers-reviews/9647) - The [Recommendations Category](https://forum.spells8.com/c/recommendations/10) of the Forums **Reading on a budget?** Free online books can be found in: - A list of [free online witchy ebooks](https://forum.spells8.com/t/weekly-witchy-challenge-books-tomes-and-tales/4176) and other reading resources - Books about mysticism from the [Rosicrucian Library](https://www.rosicrucian.org/rosicrucian-books) - CafeAstrology’s [free books on Astrology](https://cafeastrology.com/freeastrologybooks.html) - Project Gutenberg’s open-access [eBook Library](https://www.gutenberg.org/)has 60,000 free eBooks ![tumblr_98ba67dbee64b4db4c4e66342187a14b_5935fb40_500](https://spells8s3.b-cdn.net/original/2X/2/25a2af641d752f09c2b546378cbae061a3a2f9e1.gif) [Gif from [Pintrest](https://www.pinterest.com/pin/663999538784184811/)] If you have any questions about Book Club, be sure to check the [Book Club FAQ](https://forum.spells8.com/t/spells8-book-club-an-introduction/4490)and/or ask in the comments.
