I’m so sorry you feel lost. I’m glad you found your way here. The courses will give you a great start and help you figure out what you want to do. I also suggest taking some time each morning for your practice, you can make something up yourself, use the Daily Ritual page, or start a Daily Devotional practice.
Or you can mix it all up and do all three! It’s all good, as long as it has meaning to you!
