Steamed Winter Vegetables with Honey Topping

YIELD: Makes 4 to 6 servings

Ingredients:
2 to 2 1/2 cups - winter squash, pared, seeded and cut into chunks
1 - turnip, pared and cut into chunks
1 cup - carrots, julienned
1 small onion, halved and quartered
1/4 cup - honey
2 T - margarine, melted
1 tsp. - orange peel, grated
1/4 tsp. - ground nutmeg
parsley, to garnish (optional)
Directions:
Steam squash, turnip, carrot, and onion over water in a covered skillet for about 5 minutes, or until tender. Drain.
Combine honey, margarine, orange peel, and nutmeg. Drizzle over vegetables and toss.
Garnish with parsley (optional).
