The Power of the Present: How Speaking Affirmations Can Change Your Life

Affirmations are something I really struggle with :sweat_smile: Without getting too deep into it, my mental health isn’t always that great and I have a really negative inner voice. My therapist wants me to do affirmations, and I’ve tried – and failed – because I always feel so silly saying them. But I know with practice and time, it gets easier and they really do work.
