# Vivid dreams since starting this journey

Hi, since I started this journey- properly began to learn and to be open- I’ve noticed I’ve had incredibly vivid dreams. Dreams that i then go back into, dreams about death and then rebirth, lots of moonlight beach scenes etc. Some were strange like celebs popping up 😆 but its been a very enlightening few nights! Is this normal? I’m taking it as a sign I’m on the right path.

Vivid dreams are normal. Some are just dreams, the bodies/minds way of processing stuff, but some are messages. Keep a journal. Anything that repeats like a reaccurring dream, I would pay attention to, and a dream you remember really well for days after, could be worth looking into more.
