Thank you Silver Bear :bear: I am so grateful for your video and thank you for your smile you’re so beautiful!! I heard the wind blow and saw the beautiful greenery and pond. I felt more grounded seeing you walk on the ground. I’m living in the “now”! Meditation was great seeing, feeling peace and love all around me and connecting with all of my spells 8 friends !All five of my senses was activated, I could imagine touching the bark and hugging the tree if I could! I wouldn’t dare eat a mushroom :mushroom: but I do eat berries when I am in nature!

Merry Meet Silver Bear,

When I walk to the bus in the morning, I also reflect/meditate as I am walking. I listen to my CALM app as I walk. So refreshing!!!
