## Challenge Entry Last week was… rough… I got through it & since Friday have been very good about meditating 🧘‍♀️ in the AM. Today, I did & then before I set up my spell jar, I had to again… even if I wasn’t making up the spell jar, I would have had to… so it was really helpful to do it. I used @SilverBear recent post: [Spell Jar To Connect with Element Earth](https://forum.spells8.com/t/spell-jar-to-connect-with-element-earth/34064) to base my spell jar off of… I am the Queen 👑 of tweaking so that’s exactly what I did. ![20230130_141155](https://spells8s3.b-cdn.net/original/3X/7/9/79310c9204d9a24339b574a5a5b0818888120ffc.jpeg) I used [Black Tourmaline](https://forum.spells8.com/t/black-tourmaline-info/11056) & [Smokey Quartz](https://forum.spells8.com/t/smoky-quartz-information/10587) for crystals. I also used Mugwort, Comfrey, & Bay Leaves for herbs 🌿 I added mini pinecones & put a couple of drops of Pine Essential Oil on each one. Then I added a few drops of Frankincense Essential Oil to the jar. I placed the cork on it & used my Green 🕯 candle to drip some wax around the top & cork. The intentions were for grounding, repel negative/unwanted energies, protection of my home, balance, purification using the element of earth :earth_element: --- _[View the full topic](https://forum.spells8.com/t/weekly-witchy-challenge-spell-jars-witch-bottles/34003)._
