As an update, I found out that the only place I can put the physical copy is Amazon Distribution 
Other distributors are decreasing the amount of “low-content” books they take, and mine is considered “low-content” because it has journal pages with lines for you to write in. I could probably have it printed myself, but it would drastically increase the cost of printed books 
For now, the eBook is available in most places, though, so that’s good!

I have a friend who does a supplies distribution thing and he hates Amazon but it is working for him since he gets repeat orders after the initial purchase - orders that come from outside Amazon.
I often read from authors that they think Amazon is taking too much of the ‘profit’. It is a tough business environment. That means we should appreciate those who go through it even more.

So great very kind of you. I tried to download the free kindle version but it jus says “This title is vurrently not available for purchase”. Is it becuase i live in Austrakia maybe? There is no other optin but paper back even after clicking the link here.

It’s supposed to be available on Kindle everywhere, but Amazon has been giving me issues with the publishing side of things. It’s still available for free on my own website if you want to try that route!
