I’ve been getting my sleep and i’ve been having a lot of astral travels lately two days in a row. I am so happy. I don’t know if I’m gonna go to sleep tonight and have another one so I’m kind of excited to go to bed now.

He’s feeding the birdie in the mirror! Birds never do get that the image is themselves. Albus has fights and feeds and snuggles with the cold glass as though it were a warm bird.

Wow that would be an out-of-body experience i would never forget… Maybe i should try some things to have this experience. Atm i have been focusing on Shadow work which i think compliments this challenge and is helping me during tough emotional times.
@georgia I know and when i see it really feel bad and want another macaw as a friend but i remember the last experience didn’t go well so one for now is enough. Peanut is a handful but i just got to love them sooooo cute sometimes with wanting unlimited snuggles

Challenge Entry: Mirror Magick
I said the Spell once and looked hard and repeated the process two more times. Finally eventually after the third time and staring for 20 minutes or so I saw some flashing dots in all different colors. I also saw the Sun, then the flashing dots continued until my reflection cane back. I kept staring to see if anything else would come, but nothing came.
I invoked Hecate and Selene.
Here are pictures of the Spell that I used and the items I used. I put the essential oils on before I started, Lavender and Ylang Ylang.

Hi Dan, I feel the exact same way … a newbie. I have not attempted mirror magic or even researched it so this is going to be a real serious challenge for me and I am looking forward to doing it. I always am up for a good challenge.

Witch Challenge for Amethyst:
I am not one for mirrors, so this one was difficult for me. I have the bathroom mirror, and a little bitty magnifying mirror and that’s about it. So I got creative and looked around the internet some and found the following visualization/meditation. I just tried it this morning, so I haven’t noticed if it helps with negativity or not, but I’m sure it will!
Protection Magick Part I: Mirror Defense

The Purpose:
To return psychic attacks and any other negative energies. It gets “reflected” back to its owner or trapped in the mirror.
Here’s how it works:
1. You visualize tall, full-length mirrors surrounding you, 360º. I even imagine a mirror above my head. For demonstration purposes, I’m holding a handheld mirror.
2. Next, you image the mirrors on the reflective side facing opposite of you. All the mirrors are connected so there is no space between them.
3. Follow up that visualization with these words:
By the land and by the sea, what negativity you send shall return to thee. So mote it be.
Annnd, you’re done! Yup. It’s simple but effective.
They also gave common-sense defense ideas that were wonderful for everyone, not just young females. If everyone listened to these ideas, there would be no horror movies, because everyone would run when something says ‘Get Out!’ when they view a house to buy! LOL!

Challenge Entry
This time I did the Eternal Beauty Mirror Spell.
I will post some pictures later, but I haven’t taken a lot of pictures (only two really) because … Well I forgot while doing the ritual. I hope this entry still counts.
For the oil I used I used the Love Oil that I got from this side and now use all the time. I annointed my make up with it, and people: IT WORKS!!

I can’t believe I had another experience, I’m going to have to make a post about my experiences!!
Yes definitely try and the way it happens for me is hypnosis. I am trained to go straight to the subconscious mind which I can tell right away. I was flying in the sky and was so vivid. It felt so real. I went through walls.
Definitely try it!! You will not be disappointed it helps the waking life.

Hi Jeannie1, I would love to have you post your experiences. I have some to add to that as well and it’s crazy. I’ve known about things I shouldn’t know when I was a very small child but I stopped and gave up trying to explain it to myself and then, as an adult, I had an experience happened to me, that was as real as it gets, but that’s for another day. Hope all is well.I’m looking forward to reading your post, If I can get back into it again, I’ve been off for a while and now I’m back out of the hospital in here to be where I am most comfortable.
