# Challenge Entries - Water Magick 🌊 I ended up doing a few things already and have one more to go! - Gathered water from the lake to make New Moon water. I had the perfect jar for this! I gathered the water from the lake on Saturday. I’ve been a bit less formal with my spells and rituals lately and talk more in a conversational tone. No pictures of it out in the rain, as I didn’t think of it. I haven’t quite decided what to do with this 🤔 * * * Today, I spent some time building my relationship with the lake spirits. - First I created a sigil using the currents and flow of the lake as inspiration. I threw out a couple of ideas and came up with it on my third try. _I go with the flow._ I reduced the letters and freehand combined them. I brought biodegradable offerings with me. I chose my [2 clover garlands](https://forum.spells8.com/t/beltane-crafts/60750/10) that I made for Beltane. I picked my favorite spot by the lake, and grounded myself. I greeted the lake spirit and then spent some time listening to the water and what she had to say. The last bit I knew was a bone, but I wasn’t sure which one and from what.
