I have practiced eclectically over the years and returning. Finally figured out that I have to do it in a way that delights me will work for me. DUH. LOL. Who knew this was about self acceptance and self love! I have been enjoying the online material here and reading the forums has been fun. I have never done an online community like this so we will see.
