I’m from Cape Cod, USA & love being so close to the ocean I can walk to it from my house

I practice meditation & have learned several methods from using music only, the sounds of nature, guided, journeying, breathwork with mantras, & a couple of others whether from Spells8 or recommended sources.

I practice more Irish Celtic path & work with their deities from the ‘Tuatha de Danaan’ specifically Brighid & the Morrigan however, have included others from the same when drawn to along with at least one of my regular deities. I am continually learning about them & ways to work with them most effectively in my practice

I love being a part of Spells8 & the Infinite Roots Coven Everyone is so nice and supportive I learn something new every day that I am a part of it! Its been really helpful for me & assisting with my healing & continual transformations
